Delete your account

In the app: Account → Delete account (pros: Profile → Delete account). Or do it here with the email on your account.

What is deleted: your name, phone, email, address, house photos, AI previews, saved designs, open requests, the messages you sent, and your pro profile if you have one. Both the homeowner and pro side of the account are deleted.

What we keep: a record of completed jobs, without your name, as long as needed for fees, taxes and disputes. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
