These terms apply when you use Curbli, a Rudra Tech product. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Curbli is
Curbli is a design tool and a way for homeowners and independent lighting pros to find each other. We are not a contractor. Pros are independent businesses; any job is an agreement between the homeowner and the pro. We don't do the work, guarantee it, or handle payment for it.
Previews and estimates
AI previews are illustrations, not exact renderings. Lengths and prices are rough estimates from your drawing and the pro's listed prices. The final price is what you and the pro agree after the pro sees the house.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give true details.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Only upload photos of property you own or are allowed to photograph.
Respectful use
No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, illegal content, or sharing other people's private information. No scraping, overloading or trying to break into the service. You can block and report anyone in a chat; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
For pros
- You must hold the licenses and insurance your area requires and give accurate business details and prices.
- Platform fee: on a job you win through Curbli, you owe 5% of the first $1,000 of the job amount and 3% of any amount above $1,000. Mark a job done in the app with its amount; we invoice the fee.
- Don't take a job found here off the platform to avoid the fee.
- We may pause or remove a pro profile after reports or for breaking these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Curbli is not liable for the work, conduct, or pricing of pros or homeowners, or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can delete your account any time (Account → Delete account, or /delete-account). Fees for jobs already done stay due.
